Confidentiality/Security
Personal information such as your name, address, phone number, etc. is treated with complete confidentiality and is used to process your order. Legal requirements for operators' accounts means that we have to keep your personal information for five years. Credit card information is disseminated through Perlenodense.com to PBS through a secure, encrypted SSL connection, and not retained by Perlenodense.com. Personal information transmitted to Perlenodense.com in unencrypted form is stored in a database on a secure server, which is not directly accessable from the Internet. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
Replacement & Returns
In case you regret your purchase you have 14 days after receipt to return to Perlenodense.com. We do not refund freight costs in connection with returning of a product. When returning an item this must be in the same state as when purchased and in its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the invoice for the product concerned. Once we receive the product we will exchange this for a similar product or refund the purchasing price to your account.
Claims
The Danish Sale of Goods Act offers a 24 months period of warranty. Warranty means that as our customer, you have the right to make complaint of errors or defects occuring in the product within 24 months after purchase. It is however imperative that these defects are not caused by misuse of the product or other damage causing behavior. Wear caused by incorrect use of the item is not eligible warranty. At any errors or omissions arising under normal use of the product, simply contact us as soon as possible. The following options when a claim has been approved are: Replacement of the product or cancellation of your purchase.
Returning of purchase
Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please return at the lowest cost possible (stamped letter) and we will refund this cost. If possible, we will send you a new product, otherwise we will refund the full amount to your account.
Delivery
We intend to ship your order as fast as possible within 1 - 4 working days. If this for some reason isn't possible, we will contact you promptly via email or telephone.
It is the customer's own responsibility to handle any additional taxes in their delivery country when shipping outside the EU.
It is also the customer's own responsibility to give the correct delivery information. We therefore encourage you to double check the information.
Delivery options
We offer free free standard delivery on all orders, please note, however, that this delivery method is without any tracking and at your own risk.
Track & Trace or GLS - If you choose this option you pay a fee depending on where in the world you order to. Your order can be traced and is much safer from getting lost.
Track & Trace or GLS is free on all orders over €68 (315€ for Vietnam, Thailand and Taiwan).
* France, Italy, Turkey, Uzbekistan and the Philippines are not eligible for standard delivery.
Pre-orders
When purchasing pre-orders, the order will be shipped in its entirety on the release date.Orders will not be partially shipped.
Reservations
Perlen reserves the right to cancel received order without further notice.
We reserve the right to errors on the webshop, including but not limited to: product inavailability, human or system errors, delivery errors and tax changes.
Payment
Perlen Odense accept most of the conventional credit card: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American express. You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer should you prefer to do so. If you choose bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until the payment is registered on our account.
Safety Warnings
Due to the small size of most of our products, there's a risk that children might attempt to eat and consequently swallow or suffocate on these products. We recommend keeping jewellery away from children below the age of 3.
